Blogoween #3 (5 Characters that I’d Want During the Zombie Apocalypse)

Hey guys I’m back for my 3rd Blogoween prompt. Todays prompt is “They got my back” so in summary you have to pick 5 characters that you would want during the zombie apocalypse. I’m quite excited for this prompt, I have a few ideas but I’ll see who I pick in the end.

  1.  Guns/Crossbow Expert:

Ohhhh that’s a tough one…I’m thinking maybe Katniss Everdeen (I just rewatched the Hunger Games). Yeah I would choose Katniss cause she survived the hunger Games twice (I think) I read it a long time ago. I would probably drag Peeta with us.

2. Knives expert

Okay so I have been debating this, I have two options 1. Lola from Ace of Shades or 2. Inej from Six of Crows. Cause I love Lola she is one of my favourite characters in Ace of Shades…who am I kidding I love them allll!!!! now I want to reread the book. Anyway I’d brin the both of them?? No really i cant choose, I’ll just bring the both of them.

3. Hunter & Forager

It took me a while to think of a character but I’ve decided upon Hermione from Harry Potter. She’s not known for hunting but I bet she would know useful information about everything. Also she’s a wizard so she can be really useful

4. The Engineer

I have a few people, either David from the Shadow and Bone trilogy because he is l a genius and can make super metal, or Emika from Warcross so she could probably program anything. Yeah that’s all that I can think of at the moment.

5. The Doctor

For the doctor I decided to choose Nina Zenik from the SoC duology, She is a heartender and has a few healing powers, also she is badass and can help takeout any enemies.

5 Characters that I’d Want During the Zombie Apocalypse

Well there you have it. I may have chosen more than 5 but I tried my best, i’m quite confident in my team.

Who would you want to be in the apocalypse with?

Top 4 Tuesday

TOP FOUR BOOKS THAT MADE ME CRY

Todays post is all about emotional books.

Do you cry in books??

YES. I used to never cry but then I started reading all these really sad books and now I’ll cry 50% of time. Sometimes I cry not necessarily in sad books but joyful ones. Anyway today for Top 5 Tuesday I’m gonna tell you guys the top five books that made me cry.

  1. The Hate You Give by Angie Thomas

This book made me cry soooo much. If you haven’t read this book….READ IT. Its tells an amazing story about racism, racial profiling, criminal injustice, and just what society has become. So in summary just GO BUY IT! no but seriously…go buy it. It’s actually is turning into a movie and it comes out Oct.19 (I’m pretty excited). Anyway this book was so emotional and it just shows everything she had to go through, I can’t say more (for spoilers) but I was crying a lot while reading this.

2. Eliza and her monsters by Francesca ZappiaImage result for eliza and her monsters

I love this book. Francesca Zappia is one of my all time favourite authors and I love her books. I really recommend her. This story is about Eliza who has anxiety and writes a very popular web comic called Monstrous Sea but nobody knows that she writes them and much prefers the online world. Until one day a guy called Wallace comes to her school and turns out to be a fanfiction writer for her comic. They slowly become friends and she breaks out of her shell until one day her secret is shared with the world and everything begins to fall apart. This story is centered around anxiety and how she deals with it. I have anxiety and this book really came to me when I needed it. I was left in tears at the end because I could  really relate to what she was feeling.  The ending is not particularly sad but I was crying a lot while reading it.

3. Letters to the Lost by Brigid Kemmerer

I’m actually currently reading this book and i love it. It’s about two teens who lost someone dear to them start writing letters. It all happens when Juliette (one of the main protagonist) writes a letter to her dead mom, Declan finds it, reads it and responds. They then star talking to each other through letters and email. I’m not done the book so I can’t say more but it’s a very sad book (in my opinion) and amazingly written. I cried cause you can feel the grief the two of them are carrying and if you’ve ever lost a family member then you can relate

4. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by JK Rowling

I’m sure a lot of you have read Harry Potter and if you haven’t well that’s okay there is still time. but this book is incredible sad.

*SPOLIER WARNING FOR HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS*

This book was so sad I cried so much. My favourite characters in the whole Harry POtter series where the weasly twins and then fred diedddd!!!! I was so sad. Also Dolby died which was just cruel (#Dobbywillalwaysbeafreeelf), then Lupin deid, so did Tonks 😭😭 and Moody. UGH ITS JUST SO SADDDDD 😭😭

*SPOILERS OVER*

SO yeah that is one of the saddest books every so many good characters that passed away.

SO those wear my top 4 saddest books. THere are others and they are not in order but I hope you liked my post. What is the saddest book you have ever read?? Let me know in the comments.
